Creative Modeling shoot with Madelynne Lorraine

When my good friend and uber talented portrait photographer Madelynne Lorraine asked me if I would model for a creative photoshoot in her backyard, I acquiesced without hesitation. Maddie had been observing the gorgeous golden sunlight hitting her terracotta wall through a line of dracaena trees every evening during sunset and was itching to photograph the light and shadows. Ever since my photoshoot with Monica Marrow of What Makes You Feel Beautiful (a non-profit female-empowerment organization) in October 2019, I have been really enjoying being in front of a camera lens as a model and spokesmodel. I knew Maddie and I were about to have a lot of fun and be rewarded with some killer images from a collaboration between the two of us.

One of my favorite qualities of Maddie’s work is her talent for capturing light, I seriously can’t get over the lighting in these photos!

When my boyfriend saw this shot, he immediately mentioned a resemblance to a young Brooke Shields, a compliment I was glad to accept.

Maddie makes being in front of a camera super comfortable and fun, we had music playing to get me into the right mood and she was hyping me up the entire time.
